We want to make sure you get the best out of your gear and ensure the safety of both you and your pup.
 
This guide will help you familiarize
yourself with important components to keep an eye on.
 
If you come across ANY problems, Email us photos and questions and - if it is something that requires repair or replacement, it is all free
and turn around is usually 1-2 business
  

INSPECTION POINTS

Because this is a dynamic system,
regularly check all areas that make contact with webbing strap. This includes all hardware components like ladder locks, metal rings, D-rings, and stitching to make sure nothing is worn out or broken.

If the folded end of the webbing
butts up against the ladder lock,
either loosen it up, or make sure it
is not slipping through the buckle.

Check for twists, tears, and
Regularly inspect hardware,
including O-rings & D-rings.
